Whatever the job — coding, design, production — learning it depends on being able to engage, think, persist, adapt and solve problems. The skills developed in every recruit.

Questions get asked. Assumptions get challenged. Curiosity does the rest.

More capable
More confident
More Possibilities

A new skill acquired, or an existing strength sharpened. A new challenge attempted. An existing  barrier crossed. Each evidenced changing what a recruit believes is possible next.

We don't hand out confidence. We help recruits discover their own.

From Intrigue
Or Suspense
To Discovery

The same psychology of engagement in a novel, a movie, or found in a video game. When immersed, recruits take a risk, try something new even if it feels uncomfortable.

The learning isn't hidden under the fun. It's made of the same thing.
